How Long Will It Take for Me to Get Paid?

Great question! We know that getting paid promptly is a top priority. Here’s how it works:

Once you’ve wowed your client with your fantastic content and your deliverables have been approved and moved into the “authorise payment” status (don’t worry, the client will handle this part), our standard payment terms are 30 days.

But wait—there’s more good news! As soon as we receive the payment from the client, we’ll release it to you right away. We’re all about getting you paid as quickly as possible, so you can focus on creating more amazing content!

Where Do I Send My Invoice?

No need to stress about invoicing—we’ve got you covered! Once your job is locked in, the platform automatically generates an invoice for you. You can easily find this in the ‘Managed Workspace’ section under ‘Invoices’. This way, we can get it into our system as soon as possible.

We understand that you might also want to create an invoice on your end, and that’s totally fine. Feel free to send it over to finance@fabulate.com.au, and our finance team will cross-reference it with what we have on the platform. Easy peasy, right?

How Does Contracting Work on the Platform?

This might sound complex, but we promise it’s super straightforward! When you’re logged into Fabulate, you're automatically covered by our Terms and Conditions. These terms are designed to protect you, the client, and us as a platform, ensuring everything runs smoothly, even if things get a bit wobbly (although we hope they never do!).

You can check out the full Terms and Conditions anytime here. Plus, when you lock in a campaign (meaning it’s awarded by the client), the platform acts as your agreement. This means you’re agreeing to the deliverables, fees, and timeline outlined in the brief. Simple, right?

Sometimes, clients might add extra terms if they have specific requests (like “don’t eat more than nine lollies at once for this lolly campaign”—yes, that really happened!). But don't worry; all these details will be clearly communicated, so you’re always in the loop.
